Roles and Responsibilities
Accountable for Modern Trade Business and Operation Pan India.
Launching & Expansion of Prem Henna Products across Modern Trade Business in the geographies.
Responsible for developing and generating sales for the Modern Trade (MT) market.
Negotiate Terms of Trade & Responsible for Signing National/Regional TOTs with Key Accounts.
Coordinating with Marketing Team to develop Customer Engagement Programs to drive offtakes within Modern Trade Stores.
Set-up & maintained amicable relations with all accounts for smooth business transactions.
Involved in planning and designing promotions and organizing schemes for the Modern Trade Store formats & timely execution of the same.
Handling team of Key Account Executives to drive the Business in Pan India.
Responsible for designing promotions for National/Regional Chains & driving Visibility budgets.
Cross functional coordination with Supply Chain Team to ensure Accurate Forecasts to avoid demand/supply gaps.
Working closely with Finance Team to ensure commercial hygiene across Modern Trade Chain.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate having very good knowledge about the Marden trade division, HQ is in Indore Only & take care of Pan India and team heading, Coordination from Team And internal Departments also.
