Job Description

•           Establish marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts.

•           Research and analyse market trends, demographics, products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies as per your given city.

•           Works with marketing team(HQ) to develop detailed marketing plans for all channels (Retail, Horeca, On-ground)

•           Market visit with sales team every month to understand POS requirements to increase sales at store level

•           Maintain vendor database for your city (sales & marketing POS + collaterals)

•           Liaising and negotiating with vendors.

•           Works within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing materials

•           Increases brand awareness and acts as a representative for the marketing department to close important accounts

•           Tracks monthly marketing activities across all channels and shares detailed post-event report with HQ

•           Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback from past campaigns.

•           Monthly Review, Quarterly Review & Yearly Review to understand how marketing strategies can be enhanced and changes that might need to get implemented.

•           Oversees current offerings and comes up with initiatives for new products or services.

•           Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives

•           Come up with suggestions to enhance the events success

•           Brainstorming and implementing event plans and concepts.

•           Handling monthly invoices and vendor payments.

•           Negotiating sponsorship deals.

•           Handling logistics for all on-ground marketing activities

•           Obtaining permits for events if required

•           Brand Alliance – Integrating Svami with potential Brands

•           Maintaining a strong relation with all our partners in trade.

•           Set up meetings for events + Brand alliances.

Skills & Requirements:

– Bachelors or masters degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred.

– Should be well versed in spoken and written English. Will be an added advantage if they can speak the local language for easy communication with vendors

– Must be proficient with excel/ PowerPoint/word

– Must be comfortable with late working hours and working Sundays

– Numerical skills is important to maintain budgets & invoices

– Must be self-motivated and eager to work independently with support from the HQ.
